2020 Year in Review


This time of year usually calls for reflection and a chance to look back on the year that’s been. And… what a year!

Being able to thrive through the challenges, like the ones faced in 2020, not only inspire us but also enhance the journey we are taking as an organisation. We feel privileged to have helped more customers accelerate the digitisation of their business processes, support the workforce transition to remote and hybrid working environments, and enhance risk and governance initiatives.

It’s been a big year for Pulse, including the recent launch of our eRecruitment module, the expansion of our offering into new vertical markets, and the appointment of new Pulse learning content partners. We invite you to head to our website to view our latest updates.

The continued evolution of Pulse wouldn’t be possible without the relationships we have with our customers, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support and your valued feedback. We truly look forward to continuing to work with our longstanding supporters and the new faces we have welcomed to our user group including Blacktown City (NSW), City of Newcastle (NSW), Shire of Esperance (WA), Catholic Diocese of Toowoomba and Keller Construction.

Upcoming user group meetings

We are excited to announce that our next user group meetings will be held between February and March, 2021!

This will be an opportunity for us to work with you on new ideas, showcase case studies and additions to the Pulse platform as well as network with piers and the Pulse team.

With two Council co-hosts onboard, we are seeking locations in the Sydney metro area – if you are interested in becoming a co-host, please get in touch.
